DVRTSF Scholarship Application

The application for 2027 scholarships will open October 16, 2026. Completed applications are due February 26, 2027. 

Important information on recommendations:

1.  Recommendation Form- When you click on the underlined link, you will be able to make a copy of the recommendation form. Please email the forms to your recommenders. You can print these forms and give them to your recommenders as well. The completed forms should be returned to you to be attached to your application. 

2.  Letters that cover the information requested on the form can be submitted instead of the forms, but should still be submitted with the application. Please make sure the letters are made out to the DVRT Scholarship Foundation. (Note: we can not access letters from the college scholarship portals. Your recommenders will need to submit the forms or letters to you to attach to the application.)
