2025 Scholarship Winners & Luncheon

Meet our 2025 scholarship recipients:

Jonathan Carpio Arellano, Sara Comstock, Josue Gomez, Glory Garcia-Riggins, Glendy Jimenez, Mia Matute, Charles Metzler, Rafael Mojical, Runor Pinnock, and Khine Zin. 

Students who are selected to receive the scholarship are expected to attend the Scholarship Luncheon and to give a short speech about their journey and next steps. The members, most of whom are retired teachers, often say that this is their favorite luncheon of the year. They have contributed money toward these scholarships and enjoy meeting the recipients in person.

Students are also asked to send updates to publish in the Division 52 newsletter. The members enjoy reading about the students' challenges and successes as they move through their educational journey, and even afterwards.
